It’s been 3 years from start to finish working with Old West Windows and Doors to have all windows replaced . They are professional, on time and did first rate work through all aspects. Their crew knows what they are doing, clean up afterwards and are courteous, going the extra mile. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Old West Windows & Doors and am very pleased with the triple pane windows they installed

Old West did a great job on our windows. We replaced the basement and bedroom windows, 6 in all. They were punctual, professional and friendly. We initially chose them based on both the reviews and the cost (not the least expensive, but significantly less than the “bigger” names we got quotes from). They were also the only ones to recognize some of the issues we are going to have when we replace our large front window, and even started to think of ways to address the issues, which gave them an extra star in my book – the other quotes just glossed over the issues, if they noticed them at all. I can’t wait to have Old West back next year to tackle it!i also liked that they didn’t try to upsell, just focussed on what we needed.

The work was done quickly and efficiently while still paying attention to the little details. The crew who performed the work were very good at their jobs while remaining very professional and courteous. Unfortunately I am not able to remember any of the names of the crew as I am terrible with names. I am sorry about that because they were excellent. I would highly recommend Old West Windows and Door to all my friends and family. Thank you for making this part of the reno a very unstressful time.

Upstairs Windows Replacement
We love our new windows and can not believe the difference it has made in keeping our bedrooms warmer & quieter! After having several companies in for quotes; we appreciated Rick’s clarity on product & suggestions during his quote visit. The quote itself was very easy to read. The Installation team was friendly & efficient, worked a long day to get all the inside work done & was back the next AM to finish up the last of the outside work. The windows look great and we are very pleased with the decision we made to go with Old West.

I was very impressed with customer service level. With baby on the way, Shauna and Rick made sure our windows were installed before the arrival. Installation was quick, team was friendly and professional. After the installation the house was spotless, no mess or dust left. Oh, they also were very punctual, which is rare. Definately will recommend this company to my friends and family. Lastly, their price was 10% less than competition even after some promos.

Patio Door
Old West installed our patio door a full two weeks ahead of schedule. When we discovered the screen had a rip and the alarm sensor had been damaged, they came out right away and fixed both, no problems. Super friendly!

Interaction with service providers begins from the moment you make contact to the final payment and we’re delighted to say our experience with Old West Windows and Doors was excellent from beginning to end. Rick was very patient with us as we worked through our estimate to ensure we understood everything. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating and the installation crew did an excellent job, especially given that they had to cut and replace some existing millwork to install ourwindow.
